Route Driver
Responsible, hard working individual with clean driving record needed to represent Pingatore Cleaners in a positive manner doing pickups and deliveries of uniform and rugs. Routes range from Newberry to the west to St. Ignace in the south and many points in between. Reliability is a must!
Responsibilities include:
· Organize route deliveries and load vehicle properly for route
· Unload vehicle and distribute work to proper areas
· Handle financial transactions
· Complete associated paperwork properly
· Refer sales leads to manager
· Maintain good relationship with customers
· Perform moderate lifting and carrying
· Perform all duties efficiently
· Maintain clean driving record
Full time hours Monday through Friday, no evenings or weekends.
Successful candidate will be punctual, reliable, willing to work hard physically, not afraid of getting dirty, a self-starter and a team player with a good work ethic and customer service skills. Must have a valid driver’s license (regular, not CDL) and be able to drive a large van.
Employees can earn up to 12 vacation days annually and receive paid holidays.
