What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Care - Operations Supervisor position at Pineview Care?
About Us
We are a thriving, well-established healthcare agency on a mission to transform the way personal care is delivered. We believe that exceptional care starts from the very first phone call — and that the people behind the scenes are just as vital as those in the field. Our team is passionate, purpose-driven, and deeply committed to enriching the lives of every client we serve.
If you're someone who leads with empathy, thrives in a dynamic environment, and wants a career where your work genuinely matters every single day — this is the opportunity for you.
Why This Role Is Different
This isn't just a desk job, and it isn't just a field job. It's both — and that's what makes it exceptional. You'll be the heartbeat of our organization: the warm voice clients hear first, the steady presence caregivers rely on, and the professional eye ensuring quality care in the field. You'll build real relationships, solve real problems, and see the real impact of your work in the lives of the people you support.
No two days will look the same, and that's exactly the point.
