We are currently looking to fill day, evening, and midnight PRN shifts.
What You’ll Do
As a Home Health Aide, you’ll play a vital role in helping our residents live comfortably, safely, and with dignity. You will provide hands-on support while following individualized care plans developed by our nursing team.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Providing mobility support and assistance with walking or transfers
- Offering medication reminders and basic health monitoring (vital signs, etc.)
- Supporting residents with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
- Escorting residents to activities and appointments within the community
- Observing and reporting any changes in condition to the nursing team
- Creating a calm, respectful, and positive environment for residents

Qualifications
We welcome both experienced caregivers and those looking to start a meaningful career in healthcare.
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (or currently pursuing)
- Must meet one of the following:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – active and in good standing in Indiana
- Registered Home Health Aide (HHA) in Indiana
- Successful completion of 75 hours of training as a Home Health Aide as required in state and federal regulations, successful completion of the Home Health Aide Competency and Skills testing, and eligibility for state registration. (or willingness to complete - we offer this for free!)
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain - we provide this for free)
Preferred:
- At least 1 year of experience in home health or caregiving

Physical & Work Environment
This role includes standing, walking, assisting residents, and light lifting (up to 50 lbs). You’ll work in a variety of home-like settings within our community while following safety and infection control practices.
