Responsibilities include:
- Greeting residents and guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Taking meal orders and delivering food promptly
- Assisting residents with menu selections and dining needs
- Maintaining a clean and organized dining room
- Assisting with dishwashing, side work, and stocking stations
- Supporting special events, theme meals, and community activities
- Following food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, or senior living experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Team-oriented attitude
- Compassionate and respectful toward seniors
- Food Handler’s Permit preferred or ability to obtain upon hire
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
