We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team and our family
You will perform many jobs as Administrative Assistant. You will function to help drive company success and create a warm and inviting environment for residents and their guests.
Responsibilities:
You will draft correspondences and other formal documents for the Owners, Administrator and all department Supervisor's.
You will Assist Billing with front and back billing in Point Click Care.
You will assist with some Social Service needs .
Plan and schedule appointments and events.
Greet and assist onsite guests.
Answer inbound telephone calls.
Develop and maintain organized filing systems.
Perform all other office tasks.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills.
Must have Word & Excel and be proficient at data entry and typing.
