Must-Have Skills
- Snowflake: 3 years hands-on; administration, architecture, security, workload management, performance and cost optimization.
- Cloud: AWS and/or GCP; IAM, networking, private connectivity, security and cloud storage.
- Terraform / IaC: Advanced Terraform with Snowflake provisioning and lifecycle automation.
- CI/CD: Git, GitHub Actions, GCP Cloud Build, Harness or equivalent.
- Security & Governance: RBAC, SSO, encryption, masking policies, secrets management and audit controls.
- Performance & FinOps: Query optimization, warehouse sizing/scaling, resource utilization, credit and storage cost optimization.
- Operations: Monitoring, alerting, incident response, backup/recovery and disaster recovery.
- Programming: Strong SQL plus Python and/or Bash scripting.
Preferred
- Snowflake across both AWS and GCP
- Enterprise security, governance, compliance and FinOps
- Reusable Terraform modules and self-service platform automation
- Healthcare or financial services experience
