Role:
Location: 6565 Headquarters Drive , Plano , Texas 75024.
100% onsite , 8AM - 5PM or 9AM - 6 PM
Duration: 6 months
Role Descriptions:
Configure and support Odessa (Lease Wave) modules including Origination| Contracts| Billing| Assets| Accounting| and End-of-Term. Act as the technical SPOC for platform setup| enhancements| integrations| upgrades| and production support. Troubleshoot complex functional technical issues related to lease lifecycle processing| billing anomalies| and accounting postings. Support data migration| interface integrations (GL| CRM| DMS| payment systems)| and batch processing jobs. Collaborate with functional consultants and developers to translate requirements into Odessa configurations and extensions. Ensure platform stability| regulatory compliance| and adherence to client-specific business rules.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Hands-on experience with the Odessa platform (leasing| lending| or loan servicing modules).Domain experience in auto finance| commercial finance| or captive finance understanding of loan lease lifecycle| funding| billing| and collections. Experience working in an onshore offshore delivery model with distributed teams across time zones. Ability to interpret and write SQL queries for data investigation and validation. Understanding of RESTSOAP API concepts for troubleshooting integration issues. Familiarity with incident and change management tools (ServiceNow| Jira| or similar).Strong client-facing communication skills able to translate business issues into technical actions. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced AMS environment.

Familiarity with relational databases (SQL Server| Oracle) understanding of schema design| stored procedures| and query optimization in the Odessa data model.
