Busy orthopedic based surgery center performing orthopedic, sports medicine, spine, total joint, and pain cases in a fully equipped, accredited, and efficient facility designed to provide high quality surgical services for outpatient surgical candidates in the Tampa Bay area. Fast paced environment, with family like atmosphere, 5 day/week shifts with no weekend and no call, must have flexible hours. Competitive pay and benefits. We are currently searching for a full-time nurse for the operating room. Duties include: Participation as a member of a multi-disciplinary team. Assist as a member of the surgical team who works with the surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical technologists, and other registered nurses, delivering direct patient care before, during and after surgery.
- Candidate must demonstrate proficiency in acute care nursing, knowledge, and skills.
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Must have a current nursing license in Florida and MUST have experience.
- Operating Room experience required.
- Current BLS & ALS Certification
