Help Steward the Resources That Change Lives

At the Pinellas County Housing Authority (PCHA), every dollar tells a story. It may fund a family's safe home, support a senior aging in place, create housing opportunities for veterans, or strengthen neighborhoods across Pinellas County.

We're seeking a mission-driven Manager of Finance who believes financial excellence is about more than numbers—it's about ensuring public resources are managed responsibly so our community can thrive. In this role, you'll help safeguard the financial health of an organization dedicated to providing quality affordable housing and expanding opportunities for the people we serve.

  • Accountability – We own our commitments and results.

As Manager of Finance, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring our financial operations support these values while helping advance our mission of providing quality affordable housing and improving the lives of residents.

What You'll Do

  • Managing the Authority's day-to-day accounting and financial reporting activities
  • Leading and developing a talented finance team
  • Ensuring compliance with HUD, GAAP, GASB, and governmental financial requirements
  • Overseeing audits, internal controls, and grant compliance
  • Leading annual budgeting and long-term financial planning
  • Monitoring financial performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Partnering with leaders across the organization to promote financial transparency and accountability

Your work will directly contribute to PCHA's ability to responsibly steward public funds and deliver meaningful results for the residents we serve.
