What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Technician position at Pinelands Veterinary Hospital?
About Pinelands Veterinary Hospital
Are you looking for an established, stable clinical home with a predictable schedule? A place that welcomes collaboration, solution-based problem solving, and utilizing the array of technical skills you have worked so diligently to build? And wouldn’t it be nice to work with a group of people who know how to hit the ground running, crack a joke, build lasting relationships with clients, and make you look forward to clocking in every day? If so, Pinelands may be the place for you.
We are a privately owned, community established 2-doctor practice dedicated to providing excellent patient care and maintaining a positive, supportive environment for our staff. None of those 15 minute churn-and-burn wellness appointments with paper records on an index card - we’re talking cloud-based PIMS with AI-recording software, 40 minute appointments, 20 minute technician appointments, and a 2:1 technician to doctor ratio with a cross-trained office manager. We are committed to giving our staff the tools to do their job well, providing our clients with a top-notch experience, and maintaining a place our employees and the community are proud of. We value efficiency, direct communication, and clear expectations as they are paramount in ensuring a smooth work day so you can truly “turn off” for the evenings and weekends.
We are looking for a skilled, committed, and positive Veterinary Technician to join our team - bonus if you can laugh at our jokes. If you bring an optimistic attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for veterinary care, we want to hear from you!
