Summary
We are seeking a Fingerprint Technician to join our team at Pineland BHDD in the US. This role is vital in supporting our mission to help individuals lead fuller lives by ensuring accurate and efficient fingerprinting services as part of our comprehensive care approach.
Responsibilities
- Conduct fingerprinting sessions for clients in a professional and confidential manner.
- Maintain accurate records of fingerprinting activities and client information.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards regarding fingerprint collection.
- Collaborate with other staff members to integrate fingerprinting services into client care plans.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients during the fingerprinting process.
- Assist in training new staff on fingerprinting procedures as needed.
- Stay updated on best practices related to fingerprinting techniques and technologies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a similar role or relevant training preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
