Human Resources Manager | Leadership Opportunity | Part-Time to Full-Time

Pinehurst Coins is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our leadership team. This position will initially be part-time (approximately 20–30 hours per week) with the expectation of transitioning into a full-time leadership role as our company continues to grow.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic business partner to executive leadership.
- Lead recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding efforts.
- Manage employee relations while providing coaching and guidance to managers.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Oversee performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Review compensation structures, pay bands, and salary recommendations.
- Coordinate employee benefits administration and vendor relationships.
- Support payroll processes and maintain accurate HR records.
- Identify opportunities to improve employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
- Assist leadership with workforce planning and organizational development.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Previous experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience developing HR policies and improving workplace processes.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
