Pinegar Honda is hiring an Entry Level Automotive Technician for the Service Department. .
Pinegar Honda provides ongoing manufacturer and dealer paid training, large work area, upgraded equipment, overhead fluid dispensers, 50% reimbursement for Food Truck Fridays, and additional pay incentives.
Pinegar Honda also offers an excellent benefits package including health insurance, health savings accounts with company match, dental, vision, 401(k) with a company match, supplemental benefits, $50,000 life and AD&D company paid insurance, paid personal days, and up to four weeks paid vacation.
Pay rate for this position is $19.00 per hour, depending on applicants experience and current certifications.
Position Requirements:
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Have basic tools required for the job
· Proficient in using diagnostic equipment, online technical manuals and electrical diagrams
· Organized and detail-oriented with a desire to handle situations in a professional manner
· Effective written and verbal communication skills
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to pass a pre-employment background and drug screening
