What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Account Manager (Performance Marketing Agency) position at Pineda Company?
Pineda Partners is the revenue arm of the Pineda ecosystem — the 8-figure operation built by Ryan Pineda (2M followers). We own the revenue function for business owners doing $500K–$2M a year, from paid ads all the way to the sales team.
We're hiring a Client Account Manager to run our client accounts day-to-day. You'll work directly with the founder, who also serves as COO across the Pineda portfolio. You'll be in every client meeting, every internal meeting, and you'll make sure nothing slips.
You'll start by ramping into our active accounts. Within 60–90 days, you're running the weekly client check-ins yourself while the founder shifts to monthly. From there, you take on more accounts as we grow. This is a role built to scale.
What You'll Own
Account Management (primary)
- Own the day-to-day relationship across multiple client accounts
- Be the first point of contact for client questions and requests
- Manage client communication, scheduling, and meeting cadence
- Ensure every client deliverable is tracked, on time, and nothing falls through
Client Meetings
- Attend every client meeting alongside the founder — capture action items, drive follow-through to completion
- Own the weekly client check-ins independently after the first 60–90 days (founder joins monthly)
Ad Copy
- Write ad copy for client campaigns — hooks, primary text, and variations — against our briefs and frameworks
Landing Page Creation
- Build client landing and funnel pages from our proven templates in GoHighLevel
CRM Data (GoHighLevel)
- Live inside GoHighLevel daily — pipeline updates, contact management, tag hygiene, automation oversight
- Pull and verify pipeline data, flag issues, and protect data integrity
- Coordinate with our GHL build contractor on new builds and changes
Your First 90 Days
Days 1–30 — Onboard into all active client accounts. Attend every meeting alongside the founder. Learn each client's offer and team. Start producing ad copy and pages to brief.
Days 31–60 — Take ownership of meeting follow-through. Begin chiming in on client calls. Own client scheduling, communication, and CRM end to end.
Days 61–90 — Run the weekly client check-ins independently across your accounts. The founder shifts to monthly. You're the day-to-day account owner — and ready to take on more accounts as we scale.
What You Get
- Unlimited PTO — take what you need, do the work that matters
- Benefits after 30 days
- A front-row seat inside an 8-figure operation — how Ryan Pineda and team build brands, deploy ad spend, and build sales teams. Most people don't get this exposure until they're 10 years in.
- Ownership over your work — do your job well and you'll never hear about the "how." Better idea? Share it.
Who You Are
- 3 years in account management, marketing operations, or agency client services
- Hands-on GoHighLevel experience required — pipelines, automations, page builds, reporting
- You can write ad copy that converts (hooks, body, variations) — or you're sharp enough to learn fast against our frameworks
- SMB or startup experience — you've worked where everyone wears multiple hats
- Strong communicator, written and verbal — you'll be in client meetings, and your follow-ups represent the firm
- Detail-obsessed — you track what others forget and follow up without being asked
- Coachable — you'll ramp into owning accounts. Ego will not survive here.
- Self-directed — comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a remote, fast-moving environment
- Las Vegas preferred; remote possible for the right candidate
- Available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM PST
- Bonus: info product, coaching, or marketing agency background with direct client-facing experience
