Therapeutic Classroom Interventionist
This position works under the direction of the building Principal and is responsible for assisting and supporting a specialized referral group of general and special education students engaged in residential treatment. This position will be responsible for supporting the educational access and transition of residential students to Mason City CSD. Additionally, this position will be responsible for monitoring, redirecting, and modifying student progress as it relates to inappropriate behaviors, performance, and transition to less restrictive school settings.
- Pinecrest Center
- BA degree in SSW, Psychology, Human Services, Teaching, or a related field OR an AA degree with 2 years experience OR 6 or more years of related work/education experience
- $22.96 / hour
- Emotional maturity and stability necessary for the specialized work involved
