We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages when necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accurate record-keeping and filing of documents.
- Maintain office organization through effective filing systems and calendar management.
- Provide clerical support, including typing, proofreading, and preparing documents as needed.
- Support customer service initiatives by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling appointments and managing office supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and workflow.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service and administrative roles.
