NYC (strongly preferred)/SF/Remote
Compensation Range: $160K - $210K
Responsibilities
- Conceive and execute product vision and strategy for developer APIs, SDKs, integrations, and console experiences
- Define the end-to-end developer journey from onboarding to production, reducing friction and time-to-first-value
- Drive product roadmap for developer-facing tools and features, aligning engineering priorities with strategic objectives and user needs
- Design intuitive API interfaces, SDKs, documentation, and console experiences that enhance developer productivity
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and community engagement to understand developer pain points and requirements
- Analyze usage data, console analytics, and feedback to measure success and identify optimization opportunities
- Advocate for developers throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring their voice influences all product decisions
- Stay current on developer tools trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to inform strategy
- 2 years of professional software engineering experience or bachelor's degree in computer science
- 2 years of product management experience
- Understanding of developer needs and familiarity with API’s/SDK’s, and developer tools.
- Excellent communication skills to convey research findings and product recommendations to non-technical peers and leaders.
- Experience gathering feedback, input and data from users and running beta tests
- Proficiency in SQL and experience analyzing, interpreting, and leveraging data to make strategic, business decisions. You enjoy empirical, data-driven approaches to deployment
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, and Azure)
- Familiarity with vector databases and generative AI
