PineCone Vision Center is growing, and we’re looking for friendly, detail-oriented full-time team members to join our Sartell and St. Cloud locations.
If you enjoy helping people, working as part of a team, and creating a great experience for every patient, we’d love to meet you! We are currently looking for the right fit for these roles:
Eyewear Sales Associate
- Partner with doctors to deliver personalized vision solutions
- Help patients select frames and lenses that fit their style and lifestyle
- Educate patients on lens options and eyewear technology
- Place orders, dispense eyewear, and perform adjustments or repairs
- Explain vision insurance and help patients maximize their benefits
- Create a personalized, welcoming experience for every patient
Patient Reception
Be the first friendly face patients see! Our Patient Reception team helps create a welcoming experience from the moment patients walk through the door.
- Welcome patients with a warm, friendly greeting
- Check patients in and out and keep patient flow moving smoothly
- Schedule appointments and assist patients with questions and requests
- Communicate with patients in person and by phone
- Verify patient information and insurance
- Work closely with our clinical and optical teams to create a seamless patient experience
- Help make every visit feel organized, welcoming, and personalized
