We are looking for a BILINGUAL Sales Representative (English, Spanish) to join the sales team in our store, Pineapple Xpress. Xpress is a local business that prides on excellent customer service, product knowledge, and creating a welcoming environment for every customer.
The right candidate will work closely with our current team members to ensure that all customers are fully satisfied.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding and listening to customer needs.
- Asking good questions to better understand the customers.
- Suggesting and guiding customers to the appropriate products.
- Unboxing and stocking inventory.
- Opening and / or closing the store.
- Handling the cash register.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Personable: Able to talk to anyone in a friendly and respectful way. Good-natured.
- Bilingual: Candidates who can speak Spanish are preferred.
- Knowledgeable: Has experience or understanding of what we offer.
- Honest: Someone we can trust to always make the most ethical choice.
- Punctual: Rarely shows up late or calls out last minute.
- Flexible: Willing to work short and / or long shifts, opening and / or closing the store.
- 21 : You must be over 21 years old to work in the store.
