Role Description
This is a full-time or part-time role for a Mortgage Loan Officer located in Hawaii, Arizona or Texas. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for managing the loan application process from start to finish, including underwriting, processing, and closing loans. Daily tasks include assessing clients' financial situations, providing loan options that meet their needs, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The Loan Officer will also be responsible for maintaining excellent customer service, handling client inquiries, and resolving any issues that arise during the loan process.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Loan Officer in the Mortgage Industry, with knowledge of Mortgage Lending practices
- Proficiency in Underwriting processes and procedures
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Relevant licensure and certifications as required
- Familiarity with the home buying process in Hawaii is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
