PineView Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, located in Sylvania, Georgia, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse LPN to join our dedicated team. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing top-quality care to our residents while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

As a member of our team, you will be providing high-quality patient care to our residents, developing and implementing individualized care plans, performing various medical procedures and administering medications, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care to our residents

Shift and Schedule:

• LPN Shifts: 12 HOUR SHIFTS, 7am - 7pm, 7PM - 7AM

Requirements:

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse LPN license in the state of Georgia, GA

• Must be able to pass background check

• Current CPR certification
