Job Summary
The Service Coordinator is the central point of contact for customers and technicians at our mobile home dealership. This role ensures exceptional service by efficiently managing service requests, scheduling mobile service appointments, coordinating parts and technicians, and maintaining clear communication with customers throughout the service process. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to navigate a fast-paced service environment.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction & Communication
- Serve as the primary contact for customers requesting mobile home repairs
- Answer inbound service calls and respond to email inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
- Communicate service needs, expectations, timing, and costs clearly to customers.
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Appointment Scheduling & Coordination
- Schedule and manage service appointments based on customer needs and technician availability.
- Maintain a calendar for home deliveries, home sets, crane deliveries and any other parts needed to set the home
- Maintain accurate daily schedules and calendars for our in house staff in addition to our subcontractors
Service Workflow & Documentation
- Create, update, and close service work orders in several different portals that we use from different manufacturers
- Ensure required parts are ordered, available, and tracked for mobile home service jobs in addition to home sets
- Document all customer communications, service requests, and job outcomes accurately.
- Track costing of jobs per customer or per project
- Coordinate with vendors, sales team, and upper management to streamline workflow.
Customer Experience & Dealership Growth
- Actively contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Promote dealership services and maintenance plans where appropriate.
Working Conditions
- Office environment with frequent phone and computer use.
- Will require travel to job sites with provided work truck and gas card
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
