Pine Valley is registered with Wisconsin DHS, our employees are eligible to apply for FREE CDCP certification (Certified Direct Care Professional). Training is provided through the State of Wisconsin with $500 in cash bonuses paid upon completion of the certification. Our schedules complement job sharing, college class schedules, work as a great second job and can decrease daycare needs/costs.

Responsibilities and Job Duties
- Provide personal assistance, support, direction, care, and supervision to up to (4) clients in a smaller home-like environment.
- Perform household tasks; cleaning, basic home related chores and assigned client care tasks throughout each shift.
- Perform charting and documentation, medication assistance and monitoring for symptoms.
- Prepare and serve (3) meals daily according to company menu. Prepare and submit food and supply order lists weekly.
- Assist and supervise clients in learning Independent Living Skills.
- Assist and direct clients in Activities of Daily Living.
- Plan and participate in activities, plan weekly outings and crafts with clients in the home.
- Work with the supervisory team to ensure compliance, safety and cleanliness in the home.
- Work as a team with other direct care staff and supervisors.
