What are the responsibilities and job description for the Expediter/Food Runner/Light Prep position at Pine Valley Market?
Our casual walk up cafe if looking for a personable, organized, detail oriented individual who can communicate effectively and work in a face paced environment.
This position is a mix of very light cold prep (I.e. making salad dressings, cutting cucumbers and other salad components, frying chips and fries etc.) and server. The position entails bringing together all food from the hot line into to go containers for pick up or on to plates to deliver to customers who are dining in.
A cheerful disposition and a smile are a must as well as a voice that carries in a busy restaurant.
Hours are 8-4/5 daily Monday - Thursday.
Professional kitchen experience is a must. Cleanliness standards and basic serve safe knowledge is imperative. Serve Save Certification is a bonus but not a requirement.
