Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site CDL B Truck Driver role based in Glenwood Springs, CO. The CDL B Truck Driver will be responsible for operating and maintaining company vehicles to transport freight efficiently and safely. Day-to-day tasks include loading and unloading cargo, conducting pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies, and ensuring timely deliveries. Drivers will also interact professionally with clients and report any incidents or mechanical issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL B license with a clean driving record
- Experience in safe and efficient truck operation in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Ability to perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections accurately
- Strong knowledge of routes, traffic patterns, and transportation safety protocols
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Physical stamina to load and unload freight as required
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills for addressing mechanical issues or logistical challenges
