Responsibilities
- Customer engagement: Greet and build rapport with customers to understand their unique wireless needs.
- Sales and consultation: Educate customers on the features, benefits, and usage of wireless devices, accessories, and service plans.
- Performance goals: Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis.
- Product knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest product innovations, promotions, and industry trends to provide expert recommendations.
- Store operations: Assist with daily store operations, including inventory control, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
- Relationship building: Follow up with customers via phone or email to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience in a retail sales or customer-facing role is preferred, but we provide training for motivated candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- A competitive and driven spirit with a passion for technology.
- Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer functions.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
