As a Retail Wireless Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our company, guiding customers through the world of wireless technology. You will listen to their needs, demonstrate cutting-edge products, and provide tailored solutions to enhance their digital lives. Responsibilities

  • Customer engagement: Greet and build rapport with customers to understand their unique wireless needs.
  • Sales and consultation: Educate customers on the features, benefits, and usage of wireless devices, accessories, and service plans.
  • Performance goals: Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis.
  • Product knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest product innovations, promotions, and industry trends to provide expert recommendations.
  • Store operations: Assist with daily store operations, including inventory control, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
  • Relationship building: Follow up with customers via phone or email to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Prior experience in a retail sales or customer-facing role is preferred, but we provide training for motivated candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • A competitive and driven spirit with a passion for technology.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer functions.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
