Overview
We are seeking a friendly and detail oriented Pro Shop Attendant to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, ensuring smooth operation of the pro shop and tee sheet. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a friendly attitude.
Responsibilities
- Handle cashiering duties including cash handling, retail math calculations, and processing transactions accurately
- Managing tee time reservations and keep track of pace of play
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pro shop area
- Stock inventory and assist with inventory management tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain phone etiquette when communicating with customers
- Relay Course policies, updates, course rules and relevant information to golfers as needed.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, positive and customer focused demeanor
- Ability to multi task
- Basic computer skills and point of sale skills (We will train)
- Basic knowledge of golf and golf etiquette
- Punctual and reliable
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
