Pine River Group Home, Inc. is a private non-profit agency providing residential and community support services to individuals with developmental disabilities. We believe in person-centered care and ethical leadership.
Who You Are
- You ideally have three or more years of supervisory experience in programs serving individuals with disabilities or those aged 65 . While this level of experience is preferred, we welcome applicants with less supervisory experience who demonstrate strong leadership potential and a commitment to learning and growth.
- You’re tech-savvy and comfortable navigating Office 365 (Word, Teams, Outlook - you know, the usual suspects)
- You can multitask like a pro, manage your time wisely, and lead with empathy and clarity
- You’re a team player who can also fly solo when needed
- You’re not afraid of a little paperwork or a lot of responsibility
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assess services for individuals served
- Oversee program operations and evaluate service outcomes
- Manage and maintain electronic records and financial oversight
- Guide staff on policies, procedures, and best practices
- Develop written support plans and provide internal case management
- Supervise and support Direct Support Professionals
- Assist with scheduling and staffing logistics
- Ensure compliance with our licensing requirements
- Maintain good communication, relationships and professionalism with others, including families, guardians and other agencies.

Schedule
Flexible hours based on program needs, including occasional evenings and weekends. We value work-life balance, however, at times, when working in the human services field the job doesn’t always end at 5PM.
Interview & Skill Assessment:
- All interviews will be conducted in person. As part of the interview process, candidates will be asked to demonstrate basic computer proficiency. Other skills assessment will be completed as well.
