Job Overview
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our logistics team in North Reading, MA. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to packing, storing, loading, shipping & delivering material/tools. The goal is to increase efficiency and maintain a clean and organized workspace/vehicles. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
Warehouse Worker Responsibilities and Duties
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory
- Pick and pack products according to orders
- Load and unload shipments using pallet jacks or forklifts
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
- Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and hazard-free
- Always follow safety procedures and guidelines
- Assist with cycle counts and stock rotation
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets
Warehouse Worker Qualifications and Skills
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Basic math and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.)
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
- Forklift certification is a bonus
Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is helpful but not required
- On-the-job training will be provided for entry-level applicants
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks is a plus
Pine Ridge Technologies is an electrical contractor that primarily works with traffic signals, streetlight maintenance, the MBTA and fire alarm systems.
Salary : $35,000 - $48,000
