Your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector performing the following type of work and/or tasks:
GS-13: One (1) of specialized experience with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. This specialized experience is related to the work of the position and equivalent to at least the GS-12 level in the Federal service as described in the vacancy announcement. Examples Include: Engage a nursing healthcare program through evaluations with implementation or writing nursing correction plans or policies. Plan employee training, resolve technical matters for the nursing care system, and provide advisory services to nursing staff. - Supervise, plan, direct, manage and evaluate the Healthcare Nursing Program for multiple tiers based to community needs. Evaluate staff work performance and establish patient care priorities.
- Provide direct patient care, evaluate medical practices, and adjust treatment plans.
