- 3 years of hands on experience with Mercedes and/or BMW
- Strong diagnostics and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with European automotive systems and repair procedures
- Valid driver's license
- ASE or manufacturer certifications preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flat Rate: $35-$45 per billed hour, based on experience
