Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing a client CRM database, and expanding our market presence through effective sales and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills which are necessary in B2C sales and customer relationship management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with our existing team to increase revenue growth throughout our market area, utilizing various sales techniques including cold calling, email marketing, product demos, and consulting appointments at both of our sales locations. Experience with CRM software is preferred to streamline lead generation and account management processes. An individual willing and capable to work with others in a team environment is preferred. We are small but mighty and looking for a goal oriented individual with a desire to help take us to the next level in sales.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives within assigned territories.
- Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and marketing initiatives.
- Manage existing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively while maintaining profitability.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer data, and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Collaborate with others to develop targeted campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Manage sales activities including planning, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and product offerings to stay ahead in the market.
Qualifications
- Sales experience in B2C sales preferred, or strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing sales pipelines.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos and presentations tailored to diverse audiences.
- Strong analysis skills for assessing market data and identifying new opportunities.
- Experience with sales techniques including cold calling, email follow up, customer campaign management and in person consulting.
- Knowledge of retail sales, marketing principles, and customer service best practices is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets and managing multiple priorities effectively. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to our company's success.
Pay: $35,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- A characteristic of small businesses is there are often overlapping areas of need, especially during periods of growth. We currently have a sales coordinator, sales /marketing associate, project manager, service manager, outsourced accounting, and the GM/CEO. An ideal applicant would be willing to assist others in the office with various office management duties, such as organizing the showroom(s), assistance to the GM, factory and supply chain follow up, answering phones, customer management, and interacting with our project manager and service manager as needed. These are all parts of day to day operations. But, the primary job role is in sales. Hiring someone willing and able to compliment and elevate our existing sales team, improve the efficiency and management of our existing CRM, and bring a positive, goal orientated attitude, will play a crucial role in increasing sales.
