Duties
- Provide direct patient care by assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts.
- Monitor vital signs, document medical information accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems, and report changes in patient condition promptly.
- Engage in patient education and provide emotional support to residents and their families, fostering a caring environment that promotes dignity and respect.
Qualifications
- Valid CNA certification with current licensure; previous experience working in long-term care is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
