What are the responsibilities and job description for the Groundskeeper and Handyman Helper position at Pine Ridge Apartments?
Looking to hire a Groundskeeper/ Maintenance helper for a 90 unit apartment complex. Must be able to assist maintenance in repairs when needed , inside and outside work. FULL TIME position , Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, No Weekends, Rain or Shine , Conroe area.
** Few of many tasks may include:
Basic Painting , inside and outside , painting vacant units
Lawncare/Property care- pick up trash around property, cleaning up around property (hallways, laundry room, sweeping , maintain clean property , etc)
Must be able to assist in and or lift heavy items- assist maintenance in moving appliances (stoves,refrigerators, etc) transport supplies, pick up and unload supplies .
Assist maintenance with clearing out units when needed (move out furniture, removing trash) be able to assist in painting , and or assist in replacing flooring when needed .
Be able to assist maintenance in work orders if needed , may include - changing light bulbs , clean ups after service orders , if needed may have to assist maintenance crew in plumbing/electrical tasks , simple repairs around property , etc)
- Need your own reliable transportation
-Will need your own basic tools
***MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND CHECK***
-8 hour shift -- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm--will be on your feet all day .
-Full Time position , $15 an hour
