Pine & Poppy Event Rentals is always on the lookout for reliable, down-to-earth individuals to join our delivery and event setup crew—especially during our busy wedding season.
What to Expect:
This is not your typical 9–5 role. Our schedule is based on event bookings, locations, and weather, so hours can vary week to week.
- Busy season runs May through October
- Most shifts take place on weekends
- Early mornings are common
- Occasional late-night pickups after events are required
- Hours are not guaranteed each week
- Ideal for those seeking supplemental or seasonal income rather than a fixed schedule

About the Role:
- Load and unload rental inventory including tables, chairs, and décor
- Deliver, set up, and break down event rentals at venues and private properties
- Assist with wedding installations and post-event pickups
- Represent Pine & Poppy Event Rentals professionally on-site
What We’re Looking For:
- Dependable and punctual
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
- Reliable transportation to our warehouse and/or job sites
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
