Vacation Rental Host

Location: Desert Hot Springs, CA, 92241

Job Description:

The Vacation Rental Host is responsible for ensuring that all rental units are well maintained and ready for guests at all times. This includes diligent and meticulous quality assurance of the property, identifying maintenance issues, and managing guest supply inventory. The host will also resolve any guest/neighbor issues, provide excellent hospitality services, and help enhance the guest experience with creative ideas.

Responsibilities:

• Physical inspection of properties (check-in and check-out)
• Manage guest supply inventory and order as needed
• Resolve any guest/neighbor issues and enforce resort guest rules
• Provide excellent hospitality services to guests
• Communicate with guests, vendors, and prospective guests in a professional manner
• Respond to guest inquiries and booking reservations

Qualifications:

• Friendly, outgoing, and excellent customer service skills
• Experience with hospitality and/or short term rentals preferred
• Leadership skills with project or people management
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Excellent computer skills

This is a full-time, onsite position that requires weekends, evenings, and some holidays. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, reliable, and able to work with professionalism at all times.
