Pine Mountain Golf & Ski Resort is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. This position plays a key role in creating a welcoming and comfortable experience for our guests across hotel rooms and cabin accommodations.
Job Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, cabins, and common areas to resort standards
- Make beds, change linens, dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize bathrooms
- Restock towels, toiletries, and other guest amenities
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to management
- Safely transport cleaning supplies and linens between buildings
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet daily room quotas
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures
Work Environment
- This position requires travel outdoors, including walking between cabins and buildings
- Must be comfortable working in cold, snowy, and changing weather conditions, especially during ski season
- Physical activity required, including standing, bending, lifting, and walking throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail
- Dependable, punctual, and positive attitude
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Must be comfortable working outdoors as part of daily duties
