Role Description The Clinical Director is a full-time leader responsible for overseeing the clinical programming and care delivery at Pine Meadows Recovery. This hybrid role is based in Kenosha, WI, with the ability to complete some administrative and documentation tasks from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising and mentoring clinical staff, reviewing and approving treatment plans, and ensuring that all services align with evidence-based practices and regulatory standards. The Clinical Director coordinates multidisciplinary case reviews, monitors clinical outcomes, and adjusts programming to meet client needs across partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient levels of care. This position also participates in hiring, training, and performance evaluations, collaborates with medical and administrative leaders, and supports continuous quality improvement and risk management initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Strong background in Mental Health, Psychology, and Behavioral Health, with the ability to apply clinical best practices in substance use and co-occurring disorders treatment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Clinical Supervision, including guiding, coaching, and evaluating licensed and non-licensed clinical staff.
  • Foundational understanding of Medicine as it relates to addiction treatment, psychopharmacology, and coordination with medical providers.
  • Current, unrestricted clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent) in the state of Wisconsin, or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Several years of progressively responsible clinical experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment, including prior leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records, documentation standards, and compliance with state, federal, and accreditation requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines and with community partners.
  • Master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant clinical field (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or related discipline).
