Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the daily operations of a senior care facility specializing in long-term care. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive management experience in healthcare settings, and a deep understanding of resident-centered care. This role involves ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of resident safety and well-being. The Nursing Home Administrator will serve as the primary point of contact for residents, families, staff, and regulatory agencies to promote a safe, efficient, and caring environment.
Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the nursing home or assisted living facility, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Help develop and implement care plans tailored to residents' needs, including Alzheimer’s care, dementia care, and other specialized memory care services.
- Point Click Care experience preferred
- Monitor financial performance through budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control measures while maintaining high-quality resident care.
- Foster positive relationships with residents’ families by providing updates on care plans and addressing concerns promptly.
- Lead the QAPI program to ensure we provide the highest quality of care to our residents.
- Promote a safe environment by implementing safety protocols and ensuring staff adherence to infection control practices.
- Proven leadership for annual survey preparation.
- Extensive experience with long-term care operations management including budgeting and financial acumen.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Deep understanding of healthcare regulations related to nursing home operations and elder law compliance.

Qualifications of Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LHNA):
- Must possess NHA license in the state of MA
- Three years' experience in a skilled facility is preferred
- Strong leadership skills necessary to successfully manage day-to-day operations in accordance with all local, state and federal codes, rules and regulations
Pay: $120,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
