What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marina Yard Crew- 1+ yrs Exp Req position at Pine Island Marina?
We are looking to hire experienced yard crew member in marine industry who is reliable, organized, and hardworking.
- Candidates should have at least 1 to 3 years in the industry.
- Candidate must be able to handle boats, tie proper nautical knots, and listen to instructions.
- Previous experience operating a travel lift, fork lift, crane, hydraulic trailers is a plus.
- Candidate should have experience with sanding and painting bottoms, compound and waxing of hulls and superstructures, shrink-wrapping, and light mechanical are all a plus.
- Candidate must be fit and able to lift 50 lbs.
- Candidate must be personable and willing to converse with customers.
- Candidate must be a team player.
