PINE HOLLOW VETERNIARY SERVICES is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our veterinary clinic team. This role is vital in providing exceptional client care, managing appointments, and supporting veterinary staff with a variety of animal-related tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of veterinary terminology, animal handling, and pet care, ensuring a positive experience for clients and their pets. Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and manage appointment scheduling efficiently
• Assist clients with check-in and check-out procedures
• Handle medical collections and billing processes accurately
• Provide exceptional customer service while addressing client inquiries and concerns
• Support veterinary staff with animal restraint, handling, and basic animal care procedures
• Maintain accurate records of patient information and treatment history
• Assist with kennel duties, including animal husbandry and pet grooming as needed
• Support laboratory procedures, including specimen collection and processing
• Ensure compliance with aseptic techniques during clinical procedures
• Manage pet care needs such as dog training, pet grooming, and animal restraint when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment

Qualifications

• Prior kennel experience or animal husbandry knowledge preferred
• Experience with veterinary critical care, laboratory procedures, or equine care is a plus
• Familiarity with veterinary terminology, animal anatomy, and aseptic techniques
• Ability to handle dogs and other animals safely using proper restraint techniques
• Knowledge of pet care, grooming, dog training, and pet grooming practices beneficial
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
• Experience in medical collection processes is advantageous
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Passion for animal welfare and commitment to client satisfaction

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour
