Job Summary:
Pine Haven Rehabilitation and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN/RN Charge Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals in Eight Mile, AL. As a key member of our nursing staff, the LPN/RN Charge Nurse will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our rehabilitation and wellness center, providing exceptional patient care, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Leadership:
Provide leadership and guidance to LPN/LVN staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient unit operations.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to promote a positive work environment and high-quality patient care.
Patient Care:
Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with activities of daily living.
Clinical Operations:
Oversee the daily operations of the unit, including staffing, scheduling, and supply management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and company policies.
Requirements:
