Description
At Pine Haven Christian Communities, our Life Enrichment team helps create meaningful moments that enrich the lives of our residents. As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you'll build relationships, encourage participation, and help residents stay active, engaged, and connected through a variety of activities and programs.

Schedule:
- Monday, Wednesday & Friday | 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
- Every other Saturday rotation required
Requirements
- Lead and assist with group and one-on-one activities.
- Encourage residents to participate and stay socially engaged.
- Build meaningful relationships through conversation and companionship.
- Escort residents to and from activities as needed.
- Help create a warm, welcoming, and positive environment.
- Assist with activity setup, cleanup, and organizing supplies.
- Document activity participation and maintain required records.
- Observe residents and communicate any changes to the nursing team.
- Follow safety, infection control, and Pine Haven policies.
- Work as part of a caring, resident-centered team.
