What are the responsibilities and job description for the Traveling Solar Superintendent position at Pine Energy?
Pine Energy performs mechanical and DC scopes of work on ground mount and rooftop solar installations throughout the country. We are currently seeking a superintendent based in Little Rock, Arkansas for rooftop and ground mount solar projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day activity of the solar installation team;
- Ensure adherence to job schedule;
- Perform quality control inspections and prepare punchlists;
- Execute maintenance and quality control when necessary throughout portfolio of jobs;
- Receive, inspect, and stage all material and equipment related to solar installation;
- Complete daily reports, which shall include pictures, detailing work progress, problems, and questions; and
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements.
Requirements of Qualification:
- At least three years of experience in solar installation;
- Knowledge of PanelClaw, Unirac, Aerocompact, OMCO Solar, Nextracker, ATI, and RBI Solar systems is a plus;
- Proficiency in reading designs, plans, and equipment specifications;
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft office, uploading documents and pictures, and using cloud storage;
- Physical ability and willingness to work in outside conditions;
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operating certification is a plus, but can be provided if applicant lacks one or both;
- High school graduate; and
- Ability to pass criminal background and DMV check.

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
