We are currently looking for a Patient Coordinator to join our passionate team. Your role will be pivotal in delivering excellent dental care and ensuring patient satisfaction. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and share our passion for creating smiles, we encourage you to apply!
Key Responsibilities :
Deliver outstanding customer service to patients and parents during check-in and check-out.
Greet parents and patients warmly as they enter and leave the office.
Keep patients and parents informed about appointment statuses.
Maintain a welcoming and tidy waiting area and front desk.
Verify patient insurance eligibility and record service limits accurately.
Ensure all patient files are prepared and updated before appointments.
Collaborate with the clinical team to facilitate same-day care opportunities.
Assist in achieving office financial goals by managing appointment schedules.
Schedule follow-up appointments and send reminders to patients.
Answer calls professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Make outbound calls to confirm and reschedule appointments as needed.
Ensure proper filing of patient records at the end of each day.
Adhere to all legal regulations and company standards to ensure the highest integrity.
Collect out-of-pocket balances from patients prior to treatment.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Preferred experience in a dental or medical office.
Experience with children's dentistry is a plus.
