Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, reliable, skilled handy person to assist with ongoing maintenance needs in our condo community. This is a part time position, 20 hrs per week.
Responsibilities may include (but not limited to):
- Minor plumbing repairs
- Electrical troubleshooting (switches, outlets, light fixtures)
- General repairs (doors, locks, hardware, drywall, paint)
- Routine upkeep of pool, pavilion, community buildings and property
- Responding to resident service requests
- Occasional emergency support
Skills/Ideal Candidate:
- Experience with multi-unit building maintenance
- Professional, dependable and personable
- Able to work independently and problem solve effectively
- Retired individual or someone seeking a second job
- Available for scheduled work and occasional urgent calls
