Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations efficiently. This role requires strong time management skills, computer literacy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls.
- Provide administrative support and schedule appointments.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all office supplies are stocked.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as organizing patient records, data entry, and document preparation.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about services offered.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
- Support personal assistant duties as needed for management staff.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar clerical role is preferred. Chiropractic and/or Chirotouch software experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in computer literacy.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
