Duties
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
- Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and assist with product demos when needed
- Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and perform cash handling with precision
- Upsell products and promote store promotions to enhance sales opportunities
- Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone etiquette and in person
- Assist with inventory management through stocking and merchandising activities to keep the store inviting and organized
Experience
- Ability to maintain professionalism with excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment
