What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kennel Technician/Veterinary Assistant position at Pine Belt Veterinary Hospital and Kennel?
Pine Belt Veterinary Hospital and Kennel is looking to expand our growing team! We are looking to add a full-time kennel technician/veterinary assistant to aid in the care of our patients and boarding animals. Kennel Technicians must be able to care for boarding animals, assist the veterinary technicians and veterinarians when needed, and be able to work well with others. Must be physically able to lift and walk dogs. Must be available to work 2-3 weekends a month and holidays (on a rotation). Health, Vision, and Dental insurance are available after a trial period. Employee discounts are also available after a trial period. General work weeks are 4 days per week or 3 days per week weekend shifts, with flexible days off.
