Summary
Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources is actively seeking an organized, energetic, and motivated Training Coordinator. The Training Coordinator will schedule and facilitate training and professional development courses to enhance the delivery of services to individuals with mental illness, intellectual/developmental disability and substance use disorders. The Training Coordinator will train agency staff via in-person trainings such as CPR, the Mandt System and others as determined by agency needs. The Training Coordinator will also maintain the Reilas tracking system for the agency's initial, onboarding and annual training requirements. The position is M-F, 8a-5p, and will be based out of the administrative office in Hattiesburg.
Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources is looking for a candidate, with the ability to think independently to determine direction of workflow and has the ability to multi-task while managing multiple projects to complete on schedule. Travel across PBMHR coverage area is required.
